Hi, I’m Janise - founder of We Are Wing, where ideas take flight. I’ve spent my career helping brands and leaders find clarity, navigate change, and build trust. After more than three decades at FleishmanHillard - where I led global accounts, opened new markets, and helped shape the firm’s evolution - I established Wing to bring an independent and more personal approach to modern communications consulting.
I believe in the power of communication to lift people, solve problems, and move missions forward. Over the years, I’ve worked with brands and leaders at every level - from local change makers to global icons. The constant through it all has been this: relationships matter, clarity cuts through, and kindness isn’t a soft skill - it’s a superpower.
